Michael is a Leeds based Set Builder, Creative Carpenter, Designer and Maker; working across the UK and internationally within the photography & videography content and creative events industries.

 His specialisms are creative set builds, scenery creation, props and installations, covering all aspects of the design, build and finish – including metalwork, carpentry, tiling and decorating. 

Michael studied BA (Hons) Furniture Design at Leeds Arts University, graduating in 2009 and is now well established within his set building career. He has worked alongside some of the UK’s leading Photographers including David Short, Kev Peschke, Guy Farrow, Sean Knott, THG, HUB, Blink Photo, Set Visions, Prodoto and Powerhouse. Michael also works directly with advertising agencies and fashion brands such as Represented By Me, Boohoo.com. 

As well as the visual content industry, Michael uses his carpentry and design skills to also work across the creative events industry, working with clients such as We Love This, AEC and Bazaar Studios.
